Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking:
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Address Changes:
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at customers@pureactive.online within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost, please check with the carrier first using the tracking number provided.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
