Your Order Cancellation Rights

The cancellation period is 7 days from the date you receive the Goods or when a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Goods.

We will process your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any additional fees.
Conditions for Returns
For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Goods that are perishable, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
- Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.

Refunds will only be issued for regular-priced Goods. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held liable for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds will not be issued without proof of receipt of the returned Goods.
Gifts
If the Goods were designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned product is received.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
